Town Hall (Palazzo Comunale)
Bologna's Town Hall is much more than a simple venue for town hall meetings. It also houses the Municipal Art Collection, Morandi Museum and the Papal Legate Rooms. A reservation may be required to visit, so it's advisable to call ahead.

Archeological Museum
An amazing number of Egyptian and other ancient artifacts are housed inside Bologna's Archeological Museum. There are also examples of Greek, Roman, and elusive Etruscan relics, as well as a collection of rare coins.
